Put on your blindfold
Once your hair is completely covered, use the elastic to secure everything. The headband stays firmly in place, even during prolonged immersion.

Tie your hair up
Make a low ponytail and thread it through the integrated elastic of the headband. This ensures stable support throughout the dive.

Roll up your hair
Wrap your ponytail with the fabric strip provided. Remember to pull the fabric taut for optimal hold.

Fix everything
Once your hair is completely covered, use the elastic to secure everything. The headband stays firmly in place, even during prolonged immersion.

To the water!
Put on your mask, adjust your gear, and jump in the water. Enjoy 🤗
