Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Areas and Estimated Times
Mainland France
Estimated time: 3 to 5 business days.

European Union
Estimated time: 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination country.

International (outside the EU)
Estimated time: 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country. Customs fees or local taxes may apply upon receipt — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Carrier
We ship via Delivengo for EU and international shipments.

A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your package ships.
